Setting Up Your Gateway

Go to Settings › Organization › SMS. You can use the built-in cloud API (simplest) or bind your own Android phone as a local gateway using the companion app.

Important: Android gateway: the phone must stay on and connected at all times — SMS will fail silently if it goes offline.

Topping Up SMS Balance

Your balance is shown at the top of the SMS settings page. Click "Recharge Balance", pick a payment method, and top up. Every SMS sent deducts from this balance.

Pro Tip: Set up automation rules so reminders go out automatically without manual effort.

SMS Logs

Go to SMS › SMS Logs to see every sent message — recipient, content, status, and timestamp. Search by patient name or phone number.

Pro Tip: If a message shows as failed, check the recipient's phone number and that your gateway is still connected.

Upcoming Queue

Go to SMS › Upcoming Queue to see all scheduled messages. Cancel individual entries here before they're delivered if needed.
