Payment Gateway Integration

Connect Stripe, PayPal, or local payment gateways to accept online payments. Go to Settings › Payment Gateways to configure your provider. Patients can then pay invoices online through your clinic website.

Pro Tip: Test your payment gateway with a small transaction before going live to ensure everything works correctly.

Calendar Sync

Sync your DentDock appointments with Google Calendar or Outlook. This keeps your personal calendar updated with clinic appointments and prevents double-booking.

Note: Calendar sync is one-way — DentDock appointments appear in your external calendar, but external events don't sync back to DentDock.

Accounting Software Export

Export financial data in formats compatible with QuickBooks, Xero, and other accounting software. Use the scheduled export feature to automatically send daily or weekly summaries.

Webhooks

Set up webhooks to receive real-time notifications about events in your clinic — new appointments, invoice payments, patient registrations. Use webhooks to integrate with custom systems or automation tools like Zapier.

Important: Webhooks require technical knowledge to implement. Contact support if you need help setting up custom integrations.
