Click on any tooth to open the procedure selector. Choose from your service list — fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and more. The tooth highlights to show it has a procedure, and you can add multiple procedures per tooth.
Hover over any tooth to see its complete treatment history in a popup. Every procedure ever done on that tooth is visible — date, doctor, and notes. This helps you track long-term dental health and plan future treatments.
DentDock automatically shows the correct chart type based on the patient's age. Pediatric patients see a primary teeth chart, while adults see the permanent teeth chart. The numbering adjusts automatically.
Procedures marked on the dental chart can be linked to active treatment plans. This keeps your charting aligned with your treatment planning and billing.
